2012 Autism Winter Institute

Please join Dr. Linda Rammler, a nationally known expert on autism, positive behavior supports and inclusion, for the 2012 Autism Winter Institute: Proven Practical Strategies for Educating Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) in General Education Classrooms from Pre-K through High School.

Dr. Rammler will present information on skills needed to implement practical and research-based strategies for educating and supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Sessions of the course will highlight best practices for general and special educators as well as graduate level specialists for general education pre-school through secondary school classrooms and community-based programs. CEUs will be provided.

The course schedule will be as follows:

Four (4) Saturdays for 7.5 hours each day for a total of 30 hours:

  • January 7, 2012, January 21, 2012, February 11, 2012 and March 3, 2012.
    • Snow Dates will be March 17, 2012 and March 31, 2012.

Five (5) Wednesdays for 3 hours each day for a total of 15 hours:

  • January 11, 2012, January 25, 2012, February 8, 2012, February 15, 2012, and February 29, 2012
    • Snow Dates will be March 14, 2012, March 21, 2012, and March 28, 2012

The cost for the seminar is $1,500.00 with discounts for early bird registration and multiple participants from the same school or agency/organization. A limited number of partial scholarships are also available.
